    This building is the maintenance base for the first offshore wind farm of Saint Nazaire, in France. The program and the design were carried out through dialogues with neighbours and the wind farm company. It's composed of an office part, dedicated to supplies storage and preparation, and a warehouse part. The project purpose a simple answer for social, environmental, climatic and aesthetics issues. It's mainly made of biobased materials, and also by a heating and an hygienic economical system.

    'Spazio Amato': Homage to the Territory

    Spazio Amato: a monumental work of art in the WWF Nature Reserve of the Burano Lake, Tuscany

    Spazio Amato is the great neon light installation created by the artist Massimo Uberti for Hypermaremma 2020 as a tribute to the exceptional landscape of the Maremma Region, in Tuscany. The work is located in Terre di Sacra in the naturalistic oasis of Lake Burano; managed by WWF, and it is intended to establish a dialogue with the surrounding landscape. The aim of the artwork is to inspire the viewer to reflect on the unique character of the landscape and the value of preserving it.

The festival was co-designed and co-led by multiple community-based stakeholders in three alpine valleys. Over three week-ends, with over 30 different activities the festival explored a long tradition of practices of collective care for rural habitats. It invited to care for historical and emerging commons as a way to locally and collaboratively deal with global challenges.
