    Wind farm maintenance base

    This building is the maintenance base for the first offshore wind farm of Saint Nazaire, in France. The program and the design were carried out through dialogues with neighbours and the wind farm company. It's composed of an office part, dedicated to supplies storage and preparation, and a warehouse part. The project purpose a simple answer for social, environmental, climatic and aesthetics issues. It's mainly made of biobased materials, and also by a heating and an hygienic economical system.

    We go crazy about Camellias not only because of their aesthetic beauty and history but also because they were able to boost engagement and participation of a community and to transform abandoned soils into new areas of an Excellence Camellia Garden in Tuscany. The project started in 2020 and had a multi-sectoral, bottom-up approach in order to bring people closer to nature, regardless of their age, interests and groups with a focus on protection of landscape and people inclusion.

    Climate Parliament

    Founding meeting of a climate parliament of all beings and unbeings (in and around Hamburg)

    The participatory theater project Climate Parliament gathered ambassadors in summer 2020 who spoke for creatures and inanimate things. They discussed in three assemblies how to improve their conditions of existence in the face of climate change and passed resolutions that were presented to Hamburgs 2nd Mayor Katharina Fegebank in December 2020. By empathizing with other creatures such as swifts, earthworms or inanimate things like a car, compromises were negotiated over a wide variety of needs.

    A butterfly speaks in ultraviolet light, a bat navigates with sound beyond our ears. An orchid's voice is chemistry and color. Outside our human sensory range, we do not realize that we hurt them or how much our well-being depends on barely visible ecosystems. Through environmentally-informed listening workshops, children learn, imagine and translate these voices into a concert. A film captures the journey from Athens to Mt. Hymettus where children sing nature's concert for the surrounding city.

    DACWEED

    Detection and ACtuation system for WEED management based on intelligent agrochemicals sprayers.

    The main expected outcome and impact of DACWEED is to reduce the agrochemicals in the agriculture production. In this way, through automatic detection of weeds and intelligent specific sprayer to provide a healthier and safer food chain. In addition, this system is based on the ISOBUS  communication protocol (ISO11783) in agricultural machinery. Since ISOBUS is implemented in current tractors and is open source code any farmers with ISOBUS in his tractor could make use of this system.
