II. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
Please provide a summary of your project

MoleHouse is project based on coexisting with nature. As there is potencial of going to other parts of Europe and help make new fields with living in cohabitation.

Please indicate the main themes of your project with 5 key words
living
nature
circular economy
house
energy
Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of sustainability (including circularity) and how these have been met.
Please highlight how the project can be exemplary in this context

We found out, how to cool homes without need of energy. It saves a lot of CO2 in the summer heatwaves.

We found a way to use recycled materials which has certificates as new ones.

As the usage of raw materials rises, we managed how to use natural sources from local area of house.

As the house needs less energy and can save energy for 2-3 months in earth battery, there is possibility of becom indipendant in less harmfull way than is usual.

On top of that, the best variation of MoleHouse can store more CO2, than it produces in life-cycle.

Getting fruits is easier, than ever. Just go to your rooftop and grab some. This advantage is, what our clients are using very much.

All of above is what we as EUROPE are asking for.

Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of aesthetics and quality of experience beyond functionality and how these have been met.
Please highlight how the project can be exemplary in this context

As zemljanka, cave and so on was known for centuries and is not very well accepted, we decided to go other way. First of all, we cooperate with great architects that have similar view of the world. Second, we make whole new level of know-how based o research and development, so we can decrease price over time and make it more afordable to wider variety of people in best possible quality.

From our company there are many contemporary designs made. We immitated nature, made ultra-modern homes and also made some (for now secret made) peaces of art as homes.

Trough contemporary and arch designs there is beutiful view on how to get to every possible preferences of very different personalities of prospects.

Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of inclusion (equal opportunities, public participation, citizen engagement, co-design, universal design, accessibility, affordability, etc.) and how these have been met.
Please highlight how the project can be exemplary in this context

Start from basics. With research and development we achieved parity with regular house prices. So people can freely decide, no matter of costs.

For public relation. It is obvious, that by using unwanted building sites and building within mass of slope site, MoleHouse can deliver more acceptable view conservation. It is so unvisible, that many of our clients told us, they have wild animals going on roofs. Connection with nature at most.

Universal design is made by variety of needs of our clients. Now we can use similar design in mountains and in high temperature areas as well. Need just to adjust thickness of insulation.

Equal opportunieties of owning new field on rooftop and thus own vegetables is made by price parity with traditional houses in same energy efficiency category.

Please explain how these three dimensions have been combined in your project.
Please highlight how this approach can be exemplary

By using land for living we use our children`s future. We have to be carefull, how we use fields for new homes, just because it is easier to build on. Build hard, live light. Use trash as new resource and make new field, where it wasn`t.

Please give information on the results/impacts achieved by your project in relation to the category you apply for

Investors, who live in MoleHouse, say that they are helthier. This is because we build house around people and not strict for eurocodes and because we build with cooperation with nature. Nature knows it milions of years and we can just listen and learn.

Please explain how citizens and civil society were involved in the in the design and/or implementation of the project.
Please also explain the benefits that derived from their involvement.

After all homes we made, there is great number of people, who call us with charge of councils, that they want something unvisible for museums, sheltering artefacts of history or for teaching children. This is involvement we produced by building homes.

Please explain what kind of global challenges the project addressed by providing local solutions

As building industry is conservative, we need to make marketing in every country by itself and also have local architects and proffesionals to use our know-how and to help make new know-how about project. All this needs greater capital or greater / bigger reputation.

Please highlight the innovative character of the project as compared to mainstream practices in the field of the project.

Most innovative is using less technology in buildings, that are for living creatures, people. We used to be connected with nature a century ago, now we have to come back in modern style, that critical mass of people love.

Please explain to the potential of transferring the projects’ results or learnings to other interested parties and contexts.
Please provide clear documentation, communication of methodology and principles in this context.

As we decided a decade ago to make whole new know-how by focusing on this type of buildings, we got a lot details of functions in these houses. Now we can share under contracts our know-how and make it even brighter with other`s ideas greater (amount of details and quality of knowledge). Just by shearing bright ideas Europe can withstand global competition.

Is an evaluation report or any relevant documentation available?
