In 2020 and 2021 - with no physical events possible due to the pandemic - we have shifted to an online platform. While the mane focus is reconnection with nature while working, the Outdoor Office Day is also about wellbeing, placemaking, making connenctions and urban green.
Outdoor Office Day is an open invitation. For everyone. It doesn't matter whether you work fulltime from home or are gradually returning to the office. Being self-employed or a manager at a corporate. Join us and participate in 4th edition of the international #OutdoorOfficeDay and prove that you care about your own well-being and that of your colleagues. It is our life centered perspective when we talk about the future of work.

Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of sustainability (including circularity) and how these have been met.
Please highlight how the project can be exemplary in this context
We are focusing on sustainable behaviour and a sustainable environment. In 2020, 56.2 percent of the world population was urban. The number of people living in cities is growing. What can we do now in order to stimulate a sustainable, healthy behaviour in the future. Heathy habits imply a reconnection with nature. The last years - expecially during the pandemic - more and more studis are highlighting the posivive effects of nature - vitamine N - on our physical and mental wellbeing. https://nola.se/en/journal/the-outdoors-has-found-a-new-status/Taking work outdoors is our response.
Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of aesthetics and quality of experience beyond functionality and how these have been met.
Please highlight how the project can be exemplary in this context
Nature is the most aesthetic thing on earth. This is why we invest in biophicic design in out homes and offices. So why to immers into nature while working? technically, the Outdoor Office Day can be held in the near-by city park, on the green roof of your office, on a high street green parklet. In Lahti, the european green capital 2021, there were desks handing on trees. Or we can go guur sustainable design: see the exmple of Nola from Sweden.
The Outdoor Office Day inspires and showcased the best practices and exmples.
Please give information about the key objectives of your project in terms of inclusion (equal opportunities, public participation, citizen engagement, co-design, universal design, accessibility, affordability, etc.) and how these have been met.

Outdoor Office Day is for every one. As an ebent is a moment to meet colleagues in a low key natural environment. As a platform, we are open for everyoen wanting to participate: self employed of big company, a neighbourhoor or a municipality. Everyone is welcome.
Please explain how these three dimensions have been combined in your project.
Please highlight how this approach can be exemplary
When we present the Outdoor Office Day people think to taking work outdoors. Literally. But in order to do that, we need a green infrastructure and better cities. We also need a work environment open to trust and enable this 'new work behaviour'. We need to help people stepping out thier comfort zone. And we need cities or companies to take initiative and make places beter.
